Softball Recap: Sterling Wins Going Away Against Wray/Yuma

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against University, Sterling was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They never let the Wray/Yuma Eagles get on the board and left with a 15-0 win. That 15 run margin sets a new team best for the Tigers this season.

Sterling's victory bumped their record up to 3-6. As for Wray/Yuma, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-6 record this season.

Sterling will take on Wellington in a tournament on Saturday. As for Wray/Yuma, they will challenge Florence at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.
