Baseball Recap: Morrow Mustangs vs. Westlake Lions
Morrow lost against Westlake back in February of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Morrow Mustangs took a 9-5 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Westlake Lions.
Malachi Mingo was huge no matter where he played even without the win. He pitched three innings while giving up just one earned (and two unearned) runs off three hits. Mingo was even better at the plate, getting on base in all four of his plate appearances with one home run and three RBI. That home run marked the first that he's launched this season.

In other batting news, Zoran Galloway made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and scored two runs and stole two bases while going 2-for-3.
