Basketball Recap: Rancho Christian Extends Winning Streak to Three

Rancho Christian strolled into their game on Wednesday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They enjoyed a cozy 74-59 win over the Valley Vista Monsoon.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Rancho Christian to victory, but perhaps none more so than Ebony Taylor-Smith, who went 10-for-23 on her way to 26 points and four steals. That's the most steals Taylor-Smith has posted since back in January. The team also got some help courtesy of Addison Archer, who dropped a double-double with 23 points and ten rebounds.

Rancho Christian's record is now 3-0. As for Valley Vista, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.

Looking ahead, Rancho Christian will venture away from home to challenge Sierra Canyon at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Valley Vista, they will welcome Westwood at 7:00 p.m. on the 11th.
