Pattonsburg put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They were the clear victors by a 58-32 margin over the St. Joseph Christian Lions. The Panthers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five matchups by 26 points or more this season.

Pattonsburg's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Wyatt Maize led the charge by rushing for 160 yards and two TDs on only 13 carries, while also picking up 55 receiving yards and one score. Maize didn't just play on offense: he also forced one fumble and made 11 total tackles (3.0 for loss). Gage Fortner was another key passer, throwing for 226 yards and six touchdowns.

Pattonsburg's victory bumped their record up to 7-0. As for St. Joseph Christian, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-4.
