Football Recap: Cherryvale Comes Up Short

Friday just wasn't the day for Cherryvale's offense. They were outmatched by the Caney Valley Bullpups and fell 44-0. The Chargers haven't had much luck with the Bullpups recently, as the team has come up short the last nine times they've met.

Cherryvale now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Caney Valley, their victory bumped their record up to 4-1.

Coincidentally, Cherryvale and Caney Valley will both be playing Galena the next time they take the field. The Chargers will head out to face the Bulldogs on Friday, while the Bullpups will host them on the 17th.
