Softball Recap: Jordan Red Jackets vs. Hardaway Hawks
Jordan extended their losing streak to eight on Tuesday, dropping them down to 4-12. They came up short against the Hardaway Hawks, falling 12-0. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Hawks this season, with their most recent defeat being a 14-2 loss on September 4th.
As for Hardaway, their victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 10-7. They might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won ten games by seven runs or more this season.
For Hardaway's part, the team relied heavily on Daisia Crutchfield, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with five stolen bases, three runs, and two RBI. That's the most RBI Crutchfield has posted since back in August. Another player making a difference was Shelby Huff, who went 2-for-3 with two runs, one stolen base, and two RBI.
