Softball Recap: Norris Takes a Tough Playoff Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Norris can now relate to. They came up short against the Skutt Catholic SkyHawks on Thursday, falling 8-1. The Titans haven't had much luck with the SkyHawks recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

Reese Behrends made the most of her time in the batter's box despite the final result and got on base in all four of her plate appearances with one home run.

Norris' loss dropped their record down to 23-12. As for Skutt Catholic, they are on a roll lately: they've won 14 of their last 15 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 27-6 record this season.

As of now, neither Norris nor Skutt Catholic have any future games scheduled.
