Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Fort Lupton). They blew past the Bennett Tigers 26-10 on Thursday. The high-scoring performance was a welcome turnaround for the Bluedevils' hitters, who had struggled in the games prior.

The victory snapped Fort Lupton's losing streak at five games and leaves them with a 6-14 record. As for Bennett, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 11-11.

Coming up, Fort Lupton will head out on the road to challenge Boulder at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Bennett, they will welcome Florence at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
