Bleckley County came tearing into Friday's game with seven straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 10.6 runs), and they left with even more momentum. They came out on top against the Swainsboro Tigers by a score of 6-2. The Royals have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Tigers, too.

Raeya Dominy spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered just two earned runs on five hits and racked up six Ks. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't tossed less than six strikeouts in three consecutive appearances.

At the plate, Lyric Stephens was incredible, going 3-for-4 with two stolen bases, two runs, and one triple. That's the most runs she has posted since back in September. Zoey Adams was another key player, getting on base in three of her four plate appearances with two stolen bases, one run, and one RBI.

Bleckley County's record is now 17-5. As for Swainsboro, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 12-8 record this season.
