The MaxPreps Cup standings are complete for the 2018-19 season, including the following lists of the top 10 high school athletic programs in each state.

The MaxPreps Cup is a ranking system devised to rate every high school sport state championship in the nation in order to determine the nation's best overall high school sports programs. Varying point totals are awarded to teams that win a state title, or finish in second place, based on the type of sport, the size of the state, the type of enrollment division and the number of teams participating in the enrollment division. Points are also awarded for teams that appear in national rankings for selected sports.

Each school is listed with its position within the state as well as its overall national ranking.
