Softball Game Preview: Clinton Cardinals vs. Pleasant Hill Roosters/Chicks

Clinton is 0-10 against Pleasant Hill since August of 2016 but things could change on Thursday. The Cardinals will look to defend their home field against the Roosters/Chicks at 4:30 p.m.

On Wednesday, Clinton came up short against Odessa and fell 9-5.

Meanwhile, Pleasant Hill entered their tilt with Warrensburg on Tuesday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They were the clear victors by a 13-3 margin over the Tigers. The Roosters/Chicks might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five matchups by seven runs or more this season.

Clinton's defeat dropped their record down to 3-9. As for Pleasant Hill, their win bumped their record up to 8-5.
