Softball Recap: Ralston Takes a Loss

Ralston managed to slip by Pius X the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Rams lost 8-0 to the Thunderbolts on Saturday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Rams have suffered since September 24, 2024.

Ralston's loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 21-7. As for Pius X, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-17 record this season.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Ralston beat Pius X by a score of 6-4 later that day.
