Meanwhile, Justin Garza also failed to score in their most recent game. They came up short against Sanger on Wednesday, falling 5-0. The loss continues a trend for the Guardians in their matchups with the Apaches: they've now lost five in a row.

Justin Garza's defeat ended a five-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 10-11-3. As for Madera South, their loss dropped their record down to 3-10-5.
