Soccer Recap: Hillcrest Academy Snags Sixth Victory in Last Seven Games

Hillcrest Academy barely beat Central Lee the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Ravens were the clear victors by a 6-1 margin over the Hawks on Saturday. Considering Hillcrest Academy have won seven matches by more than three goals this season, Saturday's blowout was nothing new.

Hillcrest Academy has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-4-2 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 58 goals over those seven games. As for Central Lee, their defeat ended a five-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 14-4.

Hillcrest Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Central Lee, they will square off against Danville on Tuesday.
