Grayslake Central never got on the board in their matchup on Saturday, but that sure wasn't the case in their game against Lakes on Monday. They blew past the Eagles 13-7. Considering the Rams have won 12 games by more than five runs this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

Grayslake Central moved to 22-7 with that win, which also ended their four-game losing streak. As for Lakes, their loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 21-5-1.

Grayslake Central will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Eagles: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 4:45 p.m. on Tuesday.
