Softball Recap: Northwest Vikings vs. Lincoln Southeast Knights
Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Northwest). They were the clear victors by a 12-3 margin over the Lincoln Southeast Knights on Friday. Perhaps unsurprisingly given the team's high-flying offense, the game also marked the team's biggest win of the season.

Libby Loman made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, striking out eight batters over five innings while giving up three earned runs off five hits. That's the most strikeouts she has posted since back in October of 2024. She was also solid in the batter's box, going 1-for-3 with one run, one double, and one RBI.
