Volleyball Recap: White Pine Comes Up Short

Despite a phenomenal run in the regular season, White Pine couldn't carry that success into this playoff game. They came up short against the GV Christian Guardians on Saturday, falling 3-0. The Bobcats haven't had much luck with the Guardians recently, as the team has come up short the last eight times they've met.

GV Christian was led to victory by Gabriella Delgado and Olivia Torres. Delgado had seven digs and three aces, while Torres had seven assists and six digs. That's the most assists Torres has posted since back in August of 2024.

White Pine's loss dropped their record down to 28-8. As for GV Christian, the win (which was their 25th in a row) raised their record to 31-4.

As of now, neither White Pine nor the Guardians have any future games scheduled.
