Softball Recap: Pleasant Hill Takes a Loss

Saturday just wasn't the day for Pleasant Hill's offense. They took a 3-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Grain Valley Eagles on Saturday. Having soared to a lofty 13 runs in the game before, the Roosters/Chicks' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Pleasant Hill now has a losing record of 1-2.

Pleasant Hill has already played their next contest, a 13-4 loss against Platte County on the 30th. As for Grain Valley, they will head out to square off against Truman at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
