Soccer Recap: Moriarty Takes a Loss

Moriarty lost against Los Alamos last Tuesday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Pintos lost 7-0 to the Hilltoppers. Moriarty have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Moriarty's defeat dropped their record down to 4-14. As for Los Alamos, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 10-7-1.

Coming up, Moriarty will look to defend their home pitch on Tuesday against Pojoaque Valley at 4:00 p.m. Moriarty will be up against Pojoaque Valley's rather soft defense (which has allowed 6.72 goals per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Los Alamos, they will head out to take on Taos at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
