Kirtland Central's defense heads into the match hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Saturday. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over Grants. The score was all tied up 0-0 at the break, but Kirtland Central were the better team in the second half.

Meanwhile, Miyamura entered their tilt with Gallup on Tuesday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They blew past the Bengals 10-0. Considering Miyamura have won seven matchups by more than two goals this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Kirtland Central's win bumped their record up to 10-6-1. As for Miyamura, their victory bumped their record up to 10-7.

Everything went Kirtland Central's way against Miyamura in their previous meeting two weeks ago, as Kirtland Central made off with a 4-0 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Broncos since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
