Soccer Recap: Lakeview Academy Takes a Loss

Lakeview Academy lost against Riverside Military Academy on March 4th, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Lions came up short against the Eagles, falling 9-0. While losing is never fun, Lakeview Academy can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Georgia soccer rankings (they are ranked 385th, while Riverside Military Academy are ranked 178th).

Lakeview Academy's loss dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Riverside Military Academy, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 9-3.

Lakeview Academy and Riverside Military Academy will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next contests. The next time the Lions see the pitch they'll take on Bethlehem Christian Academy at 7:00 p.m. on the 15th. As for Riverside Military Academy, their break will end when they face George Walton Academy at 7:00 p.m. on the 15th.
