Football Recap: Peyton Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Peyton fell victim to Buena Vista and their airtight defense on Friday. They were beaten by the Demons 46-0. The Panthers haven't had much luck with the Demons recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Leading Buena Vista to victory were Tucker Montoya and Casen Pridemore. Montoya rushed for 69 yards and one score on only five carries, while Pridemore rushed for 51 yards and one TD on only six carries.

Peyton's loss dropped their record down to 3-5. As for Buena Vista, their victory was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 8-0.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Peyton will take on rival Ellicott at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Buena Vista is set to square off against their familiar foe Colorado Springs Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The two teams have allowed few points on average (the Demons 9, the Lions 13.4) so any points scored will be well earned.
