            A feisty cat fight will be fought as Duluth Wildcats  challenge  Parkview Panthers at 5:30  p.m.  on Monday. Duluth has now lost seven straight, leaving the team hunting for their first win since  the 12th.
Duluth lost  9-1 to Parkview on Friday.
For Parkview's part, they got a great performance from  Porter Berryman as he  struck out 15 batters over  six innings while giving up just one earned run off   three  hits (and not a single walk). Those  15  strikeouts gave  Berryman a new career-high.
 On the hitting side,  the team  relied heavily on  Malachi Washington, who  went 3-for-4 with one  home run, four  RBI,  and one  triple. The team also got some help courtesy of  Ellis Appling, who  scored two  runs and  stole a base while going 1-for-3.
 Parkview has  been performing  incredibly well recently as they've  won six of their last seven contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-5 record  this season. The  victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 13.4 runs over those games. Duluth's loss dropped their record down to 6-13.
