Softball Recap: Morrow Mustangs vs. Lovejoy Wildcats

Morrow had lost three straight at home, but on Tuesday they dropped down to 0-5 to make it four. They lost 22-11 to the Lovejoy Wildcats. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Mustangs of the 20-11 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2024.

Armani Smith led a balanced group of hitters, going 2-for-3 with seven stolen bases and two runs. Kimorah Garrison was another key player, getting on base in all four of her plate appearances with five stolen bases and two runs.
