Kennesaw Mountain and Woodstock are an even 5-5 against one another since October of 2015, but likely not for long. After both having extra time off, the two teams will shake off the rust and duke it out at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Kennesaw Mountain is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 6.3 runs per game this season.

Kennesaw Mountain is coming in off a wild two-game stretch: after soaring to 16 runs last Wednesday, they were much more limited against Villa Rica last Thursday. They took a 5-2 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Wildcats. The Mustangs haven't had much luck with the Wildcats recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

Meanwhile, Woodstock didn't have quite enough to beat Riverwood last Thursday and fell 6-4.

Woodstock's loss dropped their record down to 7-15. As for Kennesaw Mountain, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-13.

Kennesaw Mountain might still be hurting after the 9-1 loss they got from Woodstock in their previous matchup back in August of 2024. Can the Mustangs avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
