Gretna had already won five in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 5.8 runs) and they went ahead and made it six on Thursday. Gretna has already played their next matchup, a 10-0 victory against Columbus on the 8th. As for Pius X, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next contest, a 6-0 defeat against Millard North on the 4th.
