Softball Recap: Jordan Comes Up Short

Thursday just wasn't the day for Jordan's offense. They lost 15-0 to the Columbus Blue Devils on Thursday. The defeat continues a trend for the Red Jackets in their meetings with the Blue Devils: they've now lost eight in a row.

Jordan's loss dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Columbus, with the win, they broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 2-4.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Jordan is set to square off against their familiar foe Carver at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Columbus will take on rival Sumter County at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
