Thornton managed to slip by Stagg the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Wildcats came up short against the Chargers on Wednesday, falling 4-0. The result was nothing new for Thornton as the squad haven't won a game since August 27th.

Thornton's defeat dropped their record down to 1-4-1. As for Stagg, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-0-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Thornton will welcome Pritzker at 12:15 p.m. on Saturday. As for Stagg, they will look to defend their home pitch on Friday against Downers Grove North at 6:30 p.m.
