After having lost a blowout in their  previous game against Lake Highlands, Nimitz was happy to have turned things around  on Tuesday. They came out on top against the Berkner Rams by a score of  3-1. The Vikings have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Rams, too.
 The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 25-16, 25-27,  25-18.
Nimitz's win  ended  a  three-match drought at home  and  bumped them up to 7-13. As for Berkner, they dropped their record down to 10-18 with the  defeat, which was their fourth straight  on the road.
 We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Nimitz will  face off against  rival Pearce  at 6:30  p.m.  on Friday. Meanwhile, Berkner is set to  take on  their familiar foe MacArthur  at 6:30  p.m.  on Tuesday.
