Football Recap: Faribault Takes a Loss

Faribault lost against Winona back in October of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Falcons lost 33-8 to the Winhawks. Falcons fans who chose to attend the game sure picked the wrong one: it was the first time the team has lost against the Winhawks since Friday.

Faribault's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Winona, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Faribault is set to take on their familiar foe Byron at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Winona will challenge rival Stewartville at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
