"There is really not much room for argument here: senior captain Hayden Murphy carried the ball 154 times for 1,110 yards rushing and scored 20 touchdowns (17 rushing), while adding on 269 yards receiving (2 touchdowns). He averaged 100.9 yards per game and 7.21 yards per carry while turning in an equally impressive on defense that included one interception for a touchdown in the MIAA Division 2 playoffs versus Marshfield. He ran for over 1,000 yards for the second straight season this year."
