Missouri High School Basketball - Kickapoo can't hold off Branson
The Branson Pirates basketball team scored 58 points and restricted the visiting Kickapoo Chiefs to 56 in the Pirates non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Pirates now sport a 9-0 record. They play next when they travel to Nixa for a non-league contest on Wednesday, December 30. Branson will meet a Eagles team coming off a 84-59 non-league win over Clever (Clever, MO). The Eagles record now stands at 12-0.
The Chiefs (3-3) will now prepare for their contest against Hillcrest (Springfield, MO). The Hornets come into the Ozarks contest with a 5-1 record. In their last contest, Hillcrest edged Camdenton (Camdenton, MO), 35-32, in a non-league contest.
