Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Hillcrest Hornets (Springfield, MO) and the host Buffalo Bison (Buffalo, MO), saw Hillcrest's basketball squad knock off Buffalo by a score of 57-43.

With the victory, Hillcrest improves its record to 14-3 on the campaign. The Hornets travel to Central (Springfield, MO) to meet the Bulldogs in a non-league contest on Tuesday, February 10. The Bulldogs come into the contest with a record of 20-2.

The Bison (9-10) will now prepare for their contest against Marshfield (Marshfield, MO). The Bluejays come into the Central Ozarks contest with a 7-13 record. In their last contest, Marshfield beat Strafford (Strafford, MO), 55-41, in a non-league contest.
