The Cameron Dragons (Cameron, MO) basketball nipped the host Lawson Cardinals (Lawson, MO), 28-27 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Dragons (3-1) will now prepare for their test against Pleasant Hill (Pleasant Hill, MO). The Roosters go into the non-league test with a 3-2 record. In their last test, Pleasant Hill got by Central (St. Joseph, MO), 79-78, in a non-league test.
The Cardinals now own a 4-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Mid-Buchanan for a KCI test on Friday, December 14. Lawson will clash with a Dragons squad coming off a 50-42 non-league win over Lathrop (Lathrop, MO). The Dragons record now stands at 2-2.
