The Dixon Bulldogs (Dixon, MO) basketball nipped the visiting Cuba Wildcats (Cuba, MO), 70-68 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Bulldogs (8-7) will now prepare for their test against Iberia (Iberia, MO). The Rangers go into the Frisco test with a 9-12 record. In their last test, Iberia got by Crocker (Crocker, MO), 81-58, in a league test.

The Wildcats now own a 9-10 record. They take the field next when they host Viburnum for a Gasconade Valley outing on Tuesday, February 16. Cuba will encounter a Blue Jays squad coming off a 60-56 league loss to Steelville (Steelville, MO). The Blue Jays record now stands at 10-9.
