Keytesville Tigers (Keytesville, MO) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Higbee Tigers (Higbee, MO), 60-57 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Keytesville upgrades its record to 8-4 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Southwest (Ludlow, MO) to play the Wildcats in a CLAA bout on Friday, January 11. The Wildcats come into the bout with a record of 7-2.

Next up, the Tigers play the Bunceton Dragons (Bunceton, MO) in a CCAA bout, on Tuesday, January 8. Higbee will attempt to upgrade on its 1-7 season record. The Dragons come into the bout with a 5-6 record after their 58-47 non-league win over La Monte (La Monte, MO).
