The Leeton Bulldogs (Leeton, MO) basketball crushed the visiting LaMonte Vikings (LaMonte, MO), 70-33 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Bulldogs (5-2) will now prepare for their test against Wellington-Napoleon (Wellington, MO). The Tigers go into the non-league test with a 3-3 record. In their last test, Wellington-Napoleon was trounced by Summit Christian Academy (Lee's Summit, MO), 93-46, in a non-league test.
The Vikings now own a 3-4 record. They play next when they host Northwest for a Kaysinger test on Friday, December 20. LaMonte will encounter a Mustangs squad coming off a 48-32 non-league loss to Prairie Home (Prairie Home, MO). The Mustangs record now stands at 1-5.






Quarter 1
Leeton moved their record to 5-2 with a conference win over La Monte 70-35. All starters scored in double figures and all five starter (Dylan Swabby, Levi Manley, Wyatt Fleming, James Cavender and Alex Smith ) had at least three assists. Alex Smith had another good defensive game and continuous to play an excellent point guard. Leeton shot 70% from the floor working their offense and making an extra pass that resulted in outstanding shot selection.
