Mangum saw some tournament action  on Saturday. They took  a  4-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Ripley Warriors.
  Giselle Rowell was cooking despite her team's loss,   going a perfect 2-for-2 with one  stolen base and one  run.
Mangum's loss dropped their record down to 15-6. As for Ripley, they have  been performing  well recently as they've  won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 3-4 record  this season.
 Both  squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Mangum will face off against Merritt at 5:30  p.m.  on Monday. As for Ripley, they will venture away from home to  face off against Drumright  at 6:00  p.m.  on Tuesday.
