Putnam County waltzed into their game on Tuesday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They blew past the McNair Mustangs 21-4. Considering the War Eagles have won nine contests by more than five runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Putnam County's win bumped their record up to 14-10. As for McNair, they have been struggling recently as they've lost ten of their last 13 matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-14-2 record this season.

Putnam County will challenge Jackson at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. McNair will be paying especially close attention to the War Eagles' game: after the War Eagles face off against Locust Grove, they'll take on McNair again at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
