Lovejoy won the last time they faced Morrow and things went their way on Friday too. The Wildcats blew past the Mustangs 40-6. Considering the Wildcats have won five games by more than 20 points this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Lovejoy's victory was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 6-0. The road wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 38.5 points over those games. As for Morrow, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-5.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Lovejoy will venture away from home to challenge Banneker at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. The Wildcats will be up against the Trojans' rather soft defense (which has allowed 32.5 points per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Morrow, they will head out to face off against Northgate at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. The Mustangs will need to watch out since the Vikings have now posted at least 31 points in their last four games.
