The Destin Sharks are taking a road trip to  challenge the Franklin County Seahawks  at 6:00  p.m.  on Monday. Destin is coming into the  matchup on  a  three-game losing streak.
Destin blew Lighthouse Private Christian Academy out of the water the last time the pair played, but  on Thursday Lighthouse Private Christian Academy got their revenge.  Franklin County  always had someone on base and  finished the game having  posted an OBP of .607. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Jefferson County only posted  an  OBP of  .267.
 Franklin County's victory was  their fifth straight at home, which  pushed their record up to 10-5. Those  wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 10.4 runs over those games. As for Destin, their loss dropped their record down to 4-7.
