Bresee was a first team MaxPreps Junior All-American after creating havoc in the backfield in 2018. The Maryland Gatorade Football Player of the Year had 12 sacks and 36 tackles for loss.
Clemson is becoming a gateway for producing big-time defensive line players. There's a good chance three defensive line prospects from the Tigers hear their names called Thursday during the first round of the 2019 NFL Draft –
Christian Wilkins,
Clelin Ferrell and
Dexter Lawrence.
The four-time defending Atlantic Coast Conference champs already are building something special in the trenches from the Class of 2020. Bresee, Capehart and Williams are some of high school's most dominant defensive lineman and the Tigers have already landed commitments from five of the best offensive lineman in the country too in Mayes, Tchio,
Bryn Tucker,
Walker Parks and
John Williams.
