Andrew Wiggins is the ultimate procrastinator.
No other Top 10 basketball or football recruit in recent memory has waited quite this long to make a decision on his college choice.
But Tuesday at 12:15 p.m. EST, the high-flying 6-foot-8 wing from
Huntington Prep (W. Va.), who is projected to be the No. 1 pick in the 2014 NBA Draft, will finally announce his choice.
His four finalists are Florida State, Kansas, Kentucky and North Carolina.
