Cameron Brewer of Bishop Montgomery is the California High School Football Player of the Week

Junior wide receiver had 184 yards and four touchdowns on 10 catches in a 47-0 win over Verbum Dei.

After garnering 76,051 of the 129,190 votes cast, Cameron Brewer of Bishop Montgomery (Torrance) is this week's MaxPreps California High School Football Player of the week. Brewer received 59 percent of the total voting.

The junior wide receiver had 184 yards and four touchdowns on 10 catches in a 47-0 win over Verbum Dei. He's got more than 1,000 yards receiving this season on 55 catches and 17 touchdowns for the 5-4 Knights.

Here are the rest of this week's candidates:

• Hunter Babb, Caruthers: Senior quarterback ran for 309 yards and four touchdowns in a 32-31 loss to Chowchilla.

• Damian Cabrera, Garfield (Los Angeles): Senior quarterback completed 14 of 20 passes for 261 yards and four touchdowns in a 42-7 win over Legacy.

• Leo Hannan, Servite (Anaheim): Junior quarterback threw for 338 yards and four touchdowns in a 50-42 Trinity League win over Santa Margarita.

• Zachary Homan, Cardinal Newman (Santa Rosa): Senior running back ran for 300 yards and four touchdowns in a 28-13 win over Rancho Cotate (Rohnert Park).

• Ardwon Morris, Orange: Senior running back ran for 287 yards and four touchdowns on 17 carries in a 51-6 win over Costa Mesa.

• Jarret Nielsen, Jordan (Long Beach): Junior quarterback threw for 510 yards and four touchdowns on 22 of 30 passing in a 47-7 win over Cabrillo (Long Beach).

• Kalib Pacheco, Don Lugo (Chino): Junior quarterback threw for 503 yards on 30 of 58 passing and four touchdowns in a 41-40 win over West Covina.

• Kamarri Robinson, Livermore: Junior running back ran for 534 and five touchdowns on 29 carries in a 45-34 win over Dublin.

• Reeve Slone, Rocklin: Sophomore quarterback tossed two touchdowns and ran for three more, including the game-winner in a 43-35 victory over Granite Bay.
