Softball Recap: Chadron Has No Trouble Against Alliance

While Chadron put up some runs on Tuesday, the same can't be said for Alliance. The Cardinals were the clear victors by a 10-0 margin over the Bulldogs. The Cardinals might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven matches by nine runs or more this season.

Chadron's victory bumped their record up to 9-7. As for Alliance, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-12.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Chadron will head out to challenge Chase County at 2:00 p.m. on Friday. The Longhorns have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 14.89 runs per game on average), something the Cardinals will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for Alliance, they will head out on the road to face off against Scottsbluff on Tuesday.
