Hoophall West, one of high school basketball's premier events, announced its 2025 schedule and participants Thursday, taking place Jan. 2-4 at Highland High School in Gilbert, Ariz.
The 12th annual event is changing formats this season with an eight-team "Tournament of Champions" included in the schedule, a six-team round-robin competition, four Nike EYBL Scholastic games and two showcase games.
8-team tournament field: Chaminade (St. Louis, Mo.),
Christ the King (Middle Village, N.Y.),
De La Salle (Concord, Calif.),
Duncanville (Texas),
Gonzaga (Washington, D.C.),
Harvard-Westlake (Studio City, Calif.),
Perry (Gilbert, Ariz.),
Sunnyslope (Phoenix, Ariz.)

Along with the tournament field, headlining matchups at the event include
AZ Compass Prep (Chandler, Ariz.) vs.
Wasatch Academy (Mt. Pleasant, Utah) on Thursday,
Link Academy (Branson, Mo.) vs. Wasatch Academy on Friday and
Utah Prep (Hurricane, Utah) versus
Oak Cliff Faith Family Academy (Dallas, Texas) on Saturday.
