Houston-area power Katy moves into the Top 10 in this week's Xcellent 25 National Football Rankings presented by the Army National Guard.
Katy, which has been billed as the top team in the state of Texas for several weeks, vaulted up the rankings by dismantling city rival Morton Ranch 62-24 to move up to No. 9.
Making the jump into the Top 5 is Camden County. The South Georgia powerhouse, led by head coach Jeff Herron, may have its best team ever. On Friday, it throttled Valdosta 43-6.
Bentonville (Ark.) joins the rankings, while Don Bosco Prep reenters.
