HIGHLIGHTS: Top-ranked senior Tyran Stokes erupts for career-high 63 points on senior night

Nation's top prospect helps Rainier Beach improve to 19-1 with 107-38 victory.

Top-ranked senior Tyran Stokes of Rainier Beach (Seattle, Wash.) had a memorable senior night, going off for a career-high 63 points in a 107-38 victory over West Seattle late Tuesday night.

Stokes, a 6-foot-7 wing, is the consensus No. 1 prospect in the Class of 2026 and among the front-runners for MaxPreps National Player of the Year honors.

Leading Rainier Beach (19-1) to a spot in the MaxPreps Top 25, Stokes is averaging around 33 points, 12 rebounds, seven assists and four steals per contest.

Stokes registered a previous career-high of 50 points in a 100-72 win against Seattle Prep in December.

He pumped in 37 points, 11 rebounds, five assists, five steals and three blocks in a 91-85 overtime win over Bishop McNamara (Forestville, Md.) at the Hoophall Classic last month.

Stokes can build on his resume Friday when the Vikings return to the court for the MaxPreps Game of the Week streaming live on MaxPreps and YouTube against Eastside Catholic (Sammamish) at 8:30 p.m. PT.

After spending his first three years of high school basketball playing in California at Prolific Prep (Napa) and Notre Dame (Sherman Oaks), Stokes announced in November he was heading north to enroll at Rainier Beach in November.
