Mount Ida (Ark.) senior Andrew Irwin won the pole vault competition by clearing 17 feet, 1 inch to share the 2011 national indoor leadership.
Santa Fe (Edmond, Okla.) senior Gunnar Nixon won the high jump (6 feet, 10 inches) and 60-meter hurdles (7.99 seconds) as he will attempt to break the national pentathlon record this spring.
Lancaster (Texas) sophomore Devin Fields won the long jump with a leap of 24 feet, 3 1/4 inches.

Arlington (LaGrangeville, N.Y.) also shares the national pole vault lead after clearing 17 feet, 1 inch during the Molloy Stanner Games at the New Balance Armory in New York City. The height also broke his own New York state indoor record.
