The regular season ends this week for most all Northern California teams, and the finale is a real whopper.

Top-ranked College Park plays No. 6 De La Salle on Saturday at Cal at 11 a.m. with a flood of scouts in tow, bearing radar guns. It's possible that aces Joe DeMers of College Park and Justin Hooper of De La Salle will pitch.

1. College Park (Pleasant Hill) (Last week 2) 16-3
Section: North Coast
League: Diablo Valley
Update: The Falcons are rolling with ace Joe DeMers, who has three no-hitters and is 9-0 and has driven in a team-high 33 runs. Willie MacIver is hitting .492 with 24 RBIs and 31 runs.

2. Los Gatos (2) 25-2
Section: Central Coast
League: DeAnza
Update: The Wildcats have been top ranked and are hovering for a move up again. Aiden Finch has 31 RBIs and Matt Wilcox has 27 runs.

3. Saint Francis (Mountain View) (3) 20-5
Section: Central Coast
League: West Catholic Athletic
Update: The Lancers won the Boras Baseball Classic with a 3-2 victory over highly touted JSerra Catholic after beating ranked rivals Bellarmine 5-2 and Valley Christian (San Jose) (2-1). Losses to College Park and Los Gatos have Saint Francis here at three.

4. Valley Christian (San Jose) (5) 19-6
Section: Central Coast
League: West Catholic Athletic
Update: The Warriors lost to No 3 Saint Francis 2-1 in the ever-tight league race. Jason Tate has played well for a team seeking to win the conference playoff tournament.

5. Serra (San Mateo) (6) 17-7
Section: Central Coast
League: West Catholic Athletic
Update: The Padres had wins of 5-0 over Riordan (San Francisco), 5-0 over Sacred Heart Cathedral (San Francisco) and 6-0 over Menlo. John Besse is 4-0, Calvin Riley 3-1 and Christopher Apecechea is 3-2.

6. De La Salle (Concord) (10) 11-6
Section: North Coast
League: East Bay
Update: The Spartans entered the week in first place in the rugged EBAL after wins over California (San Ramon) 3-1 and Granada (Livermore) 18-5. Big showdown looms Saturday against No. 1 College Park.

7. Elk Grove (12) 17-8
Section: Sac-Joaquin
League: Delta
Update: The Thundering Herd are ranked No. 1 by The Sacramento Bee after big games by Carlos Moseley and Ty Madrigal with wins over ranked rivals Franklin and Jesuit. A league title is still within grasp.

8. Oak Ridge (El Dorado Hills) (4) 23-4
Section: Sac-Joaquin
League: Sierra Foothill
Update: The Trojans are human, losing twice to Folsom, but still locking up the SFL easily with an otherwise dominant season. Next goal: Section title.

9. Franklin (Elk Grove) (11) 20-6
Section: Sac-Joaquin
League: Delta
Update: The Wildcats entered the week with eyes on a league title and a section title run behind Hank LoForte and Zachary Tresemer. Elk Grove beat Franklin 4-3 on Monday with a rematch Wednesday.

10. San Ramon Valley (Danville) (9) 14-4
Section: North Coast
League: East Bay
Update: The Wolves lost to ranked Monte Vista 3-1 and beat ranked Livermore 12-4 in a tight race behind ranked De La Salle.

11. Archbishop Mitty (San Jose) (7) (8-7
Section: Central Coast
League: West Catholic Athletic
Update: A big week includes games against ranked rivals Valley Christian and Saint Francis before the conference tourney starts. Haydn King and Max Werner homered in a 9-0 win over Sacred Heart Cathedral (San Francisco).

12. Wilcox (Santa Clara) (14) 19-8
Section: Central Coast
League: DeAnza
Update: The Chargers have won five of six, last losing to No. 2 Los Gatos 3-0 after beating Los Gatos 4-3 to keep the league race fun to the end.

13. Jesuit (Carmichael) 17-8
Section: Sac-Joaquin
League: Delta
Update: The Marauders, rolling for a bit, have cooled entering the week, including two losses to newly ranked Davis. Jesuit can still win the league with the No. 1 seed.

14. Monte Vista (Danville) (NR) 11-7
Section: North Coast
League: East Bay
Update: David Rajeski earned the win in a 3-1 effort over San Ramon Valley. The battle for second is fierce in league play.

15. Bellarmine College Prep (San Jose) (17) 16-8
Section: Central Coast
League: West Catholic Athletic
Update: Troy Burg pitched well to beat Riordan (San Francisco) 2-1 with ranked Serra looming this week.

16. Hillsdale (San Mateo) (15) 24-1
Section: Central Coast
League: Peninsula
Update: The Knights have locked up the league race and seek more behind Anthony Leary and friends.

17. Heritage (Brentwood) (16) 17-4
Section: North Coast
League: Bay Valley
Update: The Patriots lead the league race unbeaten and have won eight of nine games. Kevin Milam is 8-0 and Austin Manning 5-0.

18. St. Mary's (Stockton) (18) 17-11
Section: Sac-Joaquin
League: Tri-City Athletic
Update: The Rams beat No. 19 Lincoln two out of three games, and a 5-1 victory over Tracy secured the league title.

19. Lincoln (Stockton) (19) 21-6
Section: Sac-Joaquin
League: Tri-City Athletic
Update: The Trojans beat rival No. 18 St. Mary's once out of three games and crave a rematch in the looming Division I playoffs.

20. Vanden (Fairfield) (20) 18-7
Section: Sac-Joaquin
League: Solano County Athletic
Update: The Vikings clinched the league title and seek more as the Division II playoffs loom.

21. Casa Grande (Petaluma) (22) 15-5
Section: North Coast
League: North Bay
Update: The Gauchos entered the week in first place in league play after beating Montgomery (Santa Rosa) 5-0 and Ukiah 3-1 as Eric Parnow struck out eight against Montgomery.

22. Cardinal Newman (Santa Rosa) (23) 16-4
Section: North Coast
League: North Bay
Update: The Cardinals beat Windsor 6-1 and Montgomery (Santa Rosa) 5-4, setting up a showdown with rival No. 22 Casa Grande next week for the league title.

23. Livermore (13) 12-6
Section: North Coast
League: East Bay
Update: The league is so tight that losses happen, and it happened to the Cowboys, with setbacks to Granada 2-1 and San Ramon Valley 12-4.

24. Davis (NR) 14-12
Section: Sac-Joaquin
League: Delta
Update: The Blue Devils have in recent days beaten once-ranked Maria Carrillo (Santa Rosa) and swept higher ranked Jesuit in two games behind leaders such as Drew Gnos.

25. Redwood (Larkspur) 16-3
Section: North Coast
League: Marin County
Update: The Giants entered the week a game ahead of Marin Catholic (Kentfield) in league play. Tyler Peck is 7-1 and Zach Cohen is 6-1.
